Our quality control system start right at the engineering design stage, then the incoming quality control follows. These two steps ensure final products will adhere to the specification. When material passed to production line, we have in-process QC which separate each production line into several check points. Quality assurance is the final and important point before shipment.
ENGINEERING DESIGN STAGE
During design stage, engineer already evaluate all possible sources and then restrict using the best suitable source. If afterwards new sources arise, purchasers have to submit samples for engineering approval.
INCOMING QUALITY CONTROL
This is to ensure the incoming raw materials are up to standard and according to our specification, otherwise reject to vendors.
IN-PROCESS QC
This is to establish and maintain effective controls for monitoring manufacturing process and equipments; to provide information concerning the state-of-control and to initiate statistical valid techniques to further improve quality and reliability levels.
Each production line have to separate into several quality control check points like component insertion, soldering, alignment, assembly and final inspection before packing. Product cannot meet the specification of any check point will be kicked out for rework.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
This is to ensure that the ready-go product meets appropriate specification and special customer requirements. Our in house inspector will stick to specified AQL standard. Any reject lots will go back to production line for rework, then re-inspect again until the whole lot passed.
SUMMARY
SAK International Industries (HK) Ltd maintains this quality control system to assure that products are manufactured under a documented and controlled system for consistency in workmanship standards.
